FOD is fully equipped with everything you need to sharpen your catching, hitting, and pitching skills. Group rates are available for teams to rent the practice facility and private lessons are also available. Pricing is per 1/2 hour.

Lacrosse all year long! FOD is fully equipped with everything you need to sharpen your catching, shooting, and goal tending skills. Group rates are available for teams to rent the practice facility and private lessons are also available. Pricing is per 1/2 hour.
