Sing Ong Tai Chi Hupkwondo International located on Champlin Ave in New Hartford, uses a martial art based form of Tai Chi based on the Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang. It develops the use of Yi (the mind) to lead the Qi (life force) in the body. Together with the balance of Tai Chi for health and incorporating Jiu- Jitsu (MMA) training, this makes our instruction a healthy form of exercise for mind and body, as well as a powerful martial art.
