Valley Gymnastics in New Hartford is proud to have been serving the Mohawk Valley over 33 years. Our philosophy is to teach children in a safe, fun and disciplined environment. Our goal is for each child to learn gymnastics at his or her own pace. We teach our students to strive for excellence, not only in gymnastics, but in all facets of their lives.
Our highly trained coaching staff is a copulation from area Teachers, Coaches of High School and College Teams, area Gymnasts ( past & present) and Physical Trainers. We teach all skill levels, from absolute beginner to competitive team. You can be sure that there is a class suitable for your child.
Valley Gymnastics is dedicated to the total development of each gymnast. Proper learning, form and technique of all gymnastic skills are fundamental to our program. As a result of this successful learning experiences it helps to prevent injury and it builds self confidence.

Parents Night Out
Join us for Parents Night Out. Drop your children ages 4 & up off for a night of fun, games, movies, gymnastics, pizza & more. Parents Night Out is every second Saturday of the month from 5pm - 9:30pm. Call us for more details today!

Valley Gymnastics will be hosting an invitational meet the Leatherstocking Invitational hosted at the Utica Aud on Martin Luther King Weekend, Jan. 16 & 17, 2010.
