The Hunter wheel balancer uses loaded roller contact to measure run out of a tire and rim assembly and eliminate wheel related vibration. We can compute the true first harmonic assembly positions this high spot to top dead center to be marked by the operator for future references. We can automatically measure assembly diameter with every balance. With this information, our tecs can match dual wheel drive tires on common axles with similar diameter assembles to improve tire life and prevent uneven wear and damage. Our machine has the capacity to service passenger car and light truck wheels as well as heavy duty assemblies.
