Paint a real pumpkin to celebrate fall! This program is geared towards patrons 18 years of age and older with sensory issues, those on the autism spectrum, or those who have other specific needs. Join yoga teacher Lisa Gallagher for a session of chair yoga. This class makes yoga accessible to all - not just to seniors! Great for beginners and those who want a gentler class. Class begins at 10 am in the upstairs gallery. Please provide your own water and towel if needed. The chair will be provided for you. Free and open to the public.
