Talking Book Show and Tell
About This Event
This program highlights services available through the Talking Book and Braille Library , which offers access to materials in braille and audio formats to residents of New York state of any age who have a disability that prevents them from using standard print materials. People who receive service through the TBBL also have access to BARD, an online catalog of downloadable books. The librarian at this event can demonstrate BARD. The application for service through TBBL is available online ; we also have print copies any time at the Information Desk at Jervis Public Library. If you have a question about this program or need to make an accommodation request so that you can fully participate in the event, please call the library at 315-336-4570 or email us at jervisprograms@midyork.org .
