All Levels Hatha Yoga with Kristy Caruso
CommunityYoga is a system of techniques that allows individuals to nourish themselves from the inside and connect to the body’s innate intelligence. Through slow, mindfulness-based movements and intentional breathing, yoga helps us take agency over our state of being, which in turn helps us naturally manage the inevitable highs and lows of the human experience. Stitch by Stitch Artist Reception
CommunityAmy was originally scheduled to exhibit her work at the library in 2025, but health challenges prevented her from doing so. After her passing in April 2026, her sister, Cindy, wanted the community where Amy grew up to have the opportunity to see and appreciate her work. This special exhibit brings Amy’s quilts home to the community. Please join us for a reception celebrating Amy’s talent and work on Thursday, October 1, at 6:00 p.m.

Upstate Apple Users Group of CNY

Slavery and Emancipation
