Chair Exercise for Adults
CommunityJoin us every Thursday for a low-impact aerobic exercise program for adults/seniors. The whole workout is done in a seated position so this is a good class for anyone who does not feel comfortable in a standing class or has some physical limitations. We will be exercising to various YouTube videos led by different instructors. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle. It is recommended that you check with your physician before you start any exercise program. This is a free program for adults. Registration is not required.
