Join us for a cardio drumming exercise program. We meet for 30 minutes on Mondays at 5:15 PM and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8:15 AM. All materials are provided. Classes are limited to 10 people. Cardio drumming involves an exercise ball and drumsticks. We do various exercises to music from instructional videos on YouTube. Any age & fitness level can do this with the ability to tailor it to your fitness level.
